Installation sequences

Substructure installation. The substructure is mounted with the Av_pro system. Short anchor keys have to be inserted in the places where the cladding elements will be placed.

Profile insertion in the plate. The aluminum profiles are inserted in the carving (kerf) on the plates in a “dry” way.

Plate positioning. The plates with the inserted profiles are placed on the lower anchor keys.

Insertion and tightening of the upper keys.
The cladding element is blocked in its position through the insertion of upper keys and their tightening with a “torx” tool.

Insertion of the following plate. The anchor keys that have just been inserted are now a support for the upper cladding element.
